  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bundle of cilantro or parsley (as you prefer)
  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Demolhe previously the cod (or if you prefer, you can buy the cod already steeped). Then, bake it, shred it and set it aside.
  2. Bake also the spinach and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, make a sofrito with olive oil, onion and garlic.
  4. Add the grated carrot, coriander and/or parsley chopped, spinach cooked, and the cod shredded and let it cook a little.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the cream, Béchamel, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring it back to the lume for a few minutes and (if necessary), grind the spices.
  6. Then, immerse the plates of fresh pasta for a minute in boiling water, and arrange them on a serving platter (you must add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent from sticking).

  • 250g of crumb shrimp

  1. Start by baking the cod loins in milk with pepper and nutmeg.

  • 6 c. tablespoon olive oil

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by preparing the courgette, laminating it finely with a mandolin slicer, in order to “create” sheets “mass” for the lasagna. Season the courgette with the lemon juice, to prevent rust and book.
  2. Then, in a pan, place the olive oil, the onion and the garlic and let it cook, until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the cod, stir-fry for about 5 minutes on a low heat and set aside.
  4. Then, slice finely the cherry tomatoes and reserve too.
  5. Now we just need to assemble the lasagna. Start by placing a few sheets of courgette to cover the bottom of the board. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, a little olive oil, chopped parsley and garlic powder.
  6. After you arrange a few tomato slices, cheese, some nuts, codfish, and some olives (pitted and cut into slices).
  7. Repeat the process until you run out of all ingredients, but reserve a little cheese, olives and nuts for the final layer.
  8. Finally, bake in the oven, pre-heated to 200 ° C, until all ingredients are well cooked.
