The organization aims to make things functional and practical, so that your life is easier and your free time is better spent. But, do you really know how to organize? If you hesitated to respond, it is possibly someone who first confuses arranging with ordering and makes several mistakes that make the mess your number one enemy in the house.
Being organized requires, first of all, some planning. Plan to avoid stress with furniture that is not very functional and that, instead of helping, just take up space in your house or apartment. Non-functional furnishings and furnishings only make things more difficult because they are cheating in the environment without any function. As we talked about before, organization has to do with planning and this should be used whenever you think about buying something new. Avoid buying things you will not have where to put them later. Less is more!
Tip 6: Accumulated papers are a headache
Documents, printed invoices, newspapers, magazines, proof of purchase, receipts, among others. Papers multiply easily and are also enemies of an organization that needs to be up-to-date. Do not let paid accounts accumulate inside your drawers. Ideally, you should get rid of anything that is more than six months old. Another sustainable and practical alternative is to migrate your invoices to a digital invoice and receive the copy by email only.
