Ingredients (Oatmeal Cakes):
- 120 g Flour
- 85 g oatmeal
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 egg whites
Approach (Oat Cakes):
The egg whites whipped stiff, then stir granulated sugar gently in, eventually the other ingredients.
Put on plate with wax paper with 1 teaspoon. Then in a hot oven, 200 degrees in the Middle bake approx. 12 min.
In hot air oven 175-180 degrees.
If you want chocolate on it on immediately, it’s come out of the oven, so it can melt down in the cake.
